Should this be a subgroup?

Should this be a subgroup or should this be more accessible to the public. I can understand how open source software would be a subcategory of parts of our individual road map for revolution harbor but I’m not sure that’s what we’re using it for. It seems that we’re using it for sharing different open source tools that might be actually very interesting to the general public. Or we need to make a general public open source software discussion.
